When do I receive my documents?
Once full payment is made, documents will be emailed to you, as well as a link to TripCase – a downloadable app, which will give you access to any updates regarding your flights right up until your return home.

What happens if I have to cancel my booking?
When your booking is made the consultant will provide you with the cancellation terms & conditions specific to your trip. Refunds from airlines can take up to 6 weeks, however they will always be directly passed on to the client.
